Purple Whale

Step 1- Prepare a collins glass with crushed ice

Step 2 - Build the following ingredients in a Boston shaker

1 1/2 oz -> Gray Whale Gin

1/2 oz -> Chinola Passionfruit syrup

1/2 oz -> Lemon juice

Step 3 - Add ice to the shaker and shake.

Step 4 - Strain into collins glass with crushed ice.

Step 5 - Add a splash of soda water.

Step 6 - Floater of Empress gin

Step 7 - Garnish with flower pedals

Step 1- Prepare a collins glass with regular ice

Step 2- Build the following ingredients in a Boston shaker

2 oz -> Gin

1 oz -> Lemon juice

1/2 oz -> Simple syrup

Step 3 - Add ice to shaker and shake.

Step 4 - Strain into ice filled collins glass

Step 5- Club soda

Step 6- Lemon wedge and maraschino cherry on a bamboo stick.
